CANCELLATION FEE

My time is very valuable to me, not only as a source of income but to also help others in need of my services.  Cancelling your appt within an acceptable time frame ( min 12 hours) is valuable for another client who may need to come in due to pain and has to wait to get an appt or goes to another massage therapist because they cannot function. With enough notice, I may be able to fill the new vacancy if given appropriate amount of time to contact another client. Please work with me on this so I may continue to provide this service to my clients.

No charge if rescheduled or cancelled 12 hours ahead of appt time , more time if possible will give me time to help fill your time block . 

There will be a $25 fee charged and billed for cancellations given less than 12 hours notice for appts of 60 min or longer

45 min Swedish Massage/ Non-Referral

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.

This short session is an energizing massage is a full body relaxation massage but does not have extended time in any one area. Good for overall relaxation and stress reduction. Can be modified to increase energy level as opposed to relaxation if needed.

60 OR 75 MIN Swedish Massage/ Non-Referral

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. I combine Therapeutic organic essential oils with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

THE 60 MIN SESSION DOES NOT INCLUDE the additional use of cupping or gau-sha techniques . Soft tissue manipulation modality to make the most of the 60 min.

THE  75 MIN SESSION DOES INCLUDE the use of cupping/gua sha modalities IF needed to help with focus area issues.

This is the price for Non-Referral Chiro patients

MONTHLY Maintenance Massage

Maintenance Massage (Swedish) is for established and regular clients (bi-monthly/monthly)  who have had initial massage session(s) and agree to regular maintenance massages within a consistent four week time frame or more frequently; ***   Deep tissue focus is not included for this price;  however, deep pressure, myofascial, lymph drainage,cupping or muscle energy technique work may be incorporated into session for no extra charge.

Please Note:  ****No contract is required, however, if time frame between massages is not within four week period, discount offer is not valid. Maintenance agreement can be reinacted again on subsequent appt if above is met.

Sports Massage-Non-Referral

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Modalities include swedish; myofascial; nueromuscular ; PNF

90 Swedish w/ focus area **

Active Isolated /Swedish Combo

Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.By combining swedish massage and additional focus on specific muscle groups this technique of stretching and lengthening muscles helps to reset problem areas to proper positioning for freer movement and less pain.

Aromatherapy and hot towel not included in this treatment session. Available as add-on 

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

Very slow and alot of holding tissue. This is not a swedish massage ; there is very little lotion applied and more still points / less movement incorporated as tissue holds are part of the fascial release.

***This can be incorporated into a swedish session if discussed ahead of appt time so there is no lotion applied prior to application of modality   

Hot Towel Foot Massage ADD ON

AS an add-on in time and treatment $15.00 to booked session 

MPS Pain Therapy Session or Add-

Multi point stimulation technique protocol that is used to alleviate pain by accessing acupuncture points as a 20 min session, clothing must be thin or loose enough to move up or down to expose back and extremities.

** OR As an add-on to massage session is $10 upcharge within booked time frame 

Foot OR Hand massage session

Feet are the focus in this 25 minute massage which includes hot towel foot or hand  treatment, therapeutic lotion and deep focused massage for tired, achy feet and/or  overworked  hands.

A great lunch time treat which leaves you relaxed yet energized.

**Foot/Hand Salt scrub add-on available for additional $5.00 within allotted time frame

Ear Candle-ing

Ear candle-ing is a relaxing way to remove wax and debris from the ears with beeswax ear candles.

Under supervision , a nicely warm sensation felt in the ear canal will melt ear wax and is naturally funneled into the ear candle,  extracting the warm, soft wax & debris without discomfort.
