Hot Stone Add-on
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. Therapeutic grade essential oils complete this overall experience to be very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Myofascial focus Add -on
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
****As an add-on to any massage excluding chair sessions
Cupping Therapy / Swedish
Cupping Therapy is incorporated into swedish massage session as needed for tight knots; large muscle groups that need releasing which has the benefit of deep tissue without the pain of deep tissue techniques. Increases circulation; removes stagnant fluids and moves lymph.
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function. Modalities include swedish; myofascial; nueromuscular ; PNF

Table-Top THAI Massage
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into yoga-like postures and stretches. Table top Thai incorporates Thai massage into a somewhat traditional massage session- no oil is applied except to the neck area, and if you choose you can be partially or fully dressed during the session A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home. Its great for your joints, circulation and is an anti-ager when done regularly.
Bring comfortable, loose clothing for appointment.
Active Isolated /Swedish Combo
Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.By combining swedish massage and additional focus on specific muscle groups this technique of stretching and lengthening muscles helps to reset problem areas to proper positioning for freer movement and less pain.
Aromatherapy and hot towel not included in this treatment session. Available as add-on $15. per request
Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.
